Feebas is a Pokémon Eliza caught before any of her sons returned back to Neighborly Town. Upon arriving to his home, Izzy noticed Feebas and asked Eliza when and where she caught it. Eliza revealed she bought it in a little town from a family selling fish pokemon.
In the next episode, Izzy asked to battle Eliza and her Pokémon. Feebas was the first pokemon she used while Izzy used his Beautifly. Throughout the battle, Feebas was shown to be a fast swimmer, swiftly attacking Beautifly with her strong Water Gun and Ice Beam attacks. Ultimately, Beautifly managed to use Solar Beam before Feebas could attack, defeating it.
Later, Feebas was used to battle a Venonat where she successfully used Ice Beam to defeat it.
When Izzy returned back to Neighborly Town to visit, Feebas was revealed to have evolved into Milotic.
